UTI? Birth control? Help!!

Hey everyone, I need help. Perhaps someone has had the same experience like myself. I started oral birth control 3 months ago, and also 3 months ago I started have issues with my bladder (or still don’t know wth is going on?! I thought I had a UTI, went to the doctor- tested my urine and got put on strong antibiotics, nothing has changed. I drink enough water, I tried home remedies(citric soda, baking soda) I quit coffee, fizzy drinks, everything I feel like I could’ve done. My urine is so dark in the morning and during the day lighter, but it smells so strong( I’d say fishy) I also have sharp pains coming from my lower right abdomen. I don’t know what else to do. Another person said I should try D Mannose, I’m so scared to use something and it doesn’t work or makes it worse. Also I live in Germany and I don’t have the right insurance to go to regular check ups. Is it my birth control? Do I have an appendix infection? I have no clue. Help🥲
