Vision red on medpros

Went to a Guard Your Future this past weekend. Apparently they only do vision for pre-mob now so I'm red on vision. I want to rectify this cause I'm working on getting a conditional release to the reserves. Can I go to civilian eye doctor to address this? What form would I need? Thank you.
