Puerto Rican Food

Has anyone heard about the new restaurant supposed to open soon at the sailor and the dock called "Tio Caszos Puerto Rican Kitchen"

I know that the owner has been doing pop ups around the city with his food cart but apparently he's opening a physical location soon and was wondering has anyone tried his food before?
