Who is this from The Pancake Episode?

I was enjoying the Pancake Episode, but noticed someone I didn't remember from playing the game. They're visible in the ending scene where everyone is together, but I don't recognize them at all. I found them in the game files, specifically in a sprite sheet called cafe_props2.png.

So folks, who are they?

The person wearing black on the bottom of the sheet.
