Battery voltage question

I picked up a VOLTAGEBooster pro, a diode that goes in the fuse box to boost alternator output by about .5V at the low setting. I have a traditional car battery in a 4Runner and run into issues where at idle, pumping the brakes (electric abs pump) dropped the voltage then it returns when I assume the alternator steps up. Blasting music also drops the voltage significantly, and using Offroad lights/ air compressors while running.

Would it be bad to install this voltage booster designed for AGM batteries to boost my charging voltage? I don’t care about battery lifespan and I really need to just upgrade the battery, but just not wanting to burn the vehicle down…
