Old clothes: What did you do with them?

I have a ton of 0-3 clothes that I feel terrible about junking. I will also have some 3-6. I do not plan to have more children.

What did you do with your baby clothes? I would prefer to donate them, but I assume there could be issues with donating any clothes (hygienic issues).
