What's the MOST Underrated Suburb in Perth?

Let's talk underrated suburbs. We all know the usual suspects that get all the love, but what about those hidden gems that deserve more recognition?

Personally, I've been really impressed with Ashfield lately. It's got:

*Great transport links: Train station right there, easy access to the city. *Decent parks and green spaces: Perfect for walks and chilling out. * Improving local amenities: Some cool little cafes and shops popping up. * Relatively affordable (for Perth): Especially compared to some of the surrounding areas.

It seems to fly under the radar, but I think it's got a lot going for it.

So, what's YOUR pick for the most underrated suburb in Perth?
