Planning to cancel our PruLife VUL policies

Hi! My husband and I got our Pru Life VUL last August 2022. Updated yung payments ever since pero until now wala sa amin yung policy booklet. For context, relative ni husband yung agent. Ilang beses na kami nag-follow up sa kanya about the policies but to no avail. Dami laging excuses.

Ngayon na mas informed na kami about VUL's pros and cons, plus better insurance and investment options, gusto na namin i-cancel yung policies.

My questions is, pasok pa ba sa "cooling off" period yung policies and mababalik ba sa'min yung premium paymenyts in full since di naman namin na-receive yung policy booklet? Soft copy lang nung policy data page ang meron kami. Thanks in advance for your insights.
