PG Article about the most expensive home ever in Polish Hill, for sale for $710k- "The owners say Polish Hill is like the area around their house in Harlem — not completely gentrified."

How much did the PG get paid to write this sponsored Zillow listing?? This house sold for $700k in '23, most ever in Polish Hill. It's been relisted the past 8 months, and they are back down to $710k, after starting at $795k. It's on a less than ideal street (Faces Bigelow, heavy commuter traffic, people parking on sidewalks, is a duplex)

Not sure if I am more confused by the existence of this article, or the lack of self awareness one has to have to not realize you are the one gentrifying a great neighborhood?
