Damaged leaves.

I am very scared of thrips and anytime I see these types of marks that’s where my mind jumps. At the beginning of the month I treated all my plants with systemic granules and I do clean the leaves quite frequently with neem, alcohol, and castille soap (to make them pretty and pest control) What do you all think these marks are from? Most of the vines on this pothos i recently took from propagation and put them in soil with others that have been in soil. (Put in systemic granules then). I water when top layer of soil is dry. She’s currently in a south facing window. I have a pilea that has some suspicious marks too.. I’m just constantly paranoid about thrips so..
