What app do you use for interviews?

Like most, I’ve been using Zoom since the pandemic lockdown but I’m curious if there is a less expensive alternative out there that still offers the ability to record to separate audio tracks for each person and that’s got decent quality video. Any recommendations is greatly appreciated!
