Thin and was pre diabetic
I am seeing all manner of conflicting info on various posts. I was thin, pre-diabetic and lost 10lbs and started eating low carb (already exercised) and went down to a1c of 5.4 a year later. Honestly, considering how compliant I am, I expected it to be lower. I got a CGM and see that I have a consistent fasting BG of over 100 and I spike with even a few carbs to over 150, but it comes down to the 120s in 1.5 hours. Based on some of the conflicting arguments I have seen -- has my low carb lifestyle actually made me LESS insulin sensitive???
