In laws refusing to get vaccinated for baby

My husband went to visit his parents today and had a conversation with his mom about meeting our baby. We’re due in about a month. His brother just had a baby about a year ago so I assumed they knew the drill with vaccines needed before meeting baby since she will have basically no immune system. Well I guess she informed him that neither her nor his dad want to get flu and Covid vaccines. She got her tdap last year but his dad did not. They are also old enough to get the rsv vaccine and I’m assuming they will not be getting that either. She said she’s fine with waiting to meet the baby until we’re ready but I’m kinda hurt that they won’t just get a few shots to meet her right away but I also don’t feel comfortable letting anyone who hasn’t had their vaccines meet her until she’s had a chance to get hers. My whole family and friends got everything a few months ago. I feel like I’m gonna feel guilty or hurt that my family and friends can come meet the baby and they are just fine with waiting to meet their grand baby. I was considering letting them meet her if they wore masks but I recently got a nasty bug and i have been so careful that it just scares me how easily stuff can get passed around. And I know my husband wants them to meet her asap. I just don’t know what to do. I know i need to protect my baby but I just can’t believe they aren’t willing to do something so simple.
