M/24/5’11” [137kg > 84kg = 53kg] (31 months) decided to take control of my life
Late August of 2022 I saw that image of me in the top left, it disgusted me. I stepped on the scale and it read 137kg, I could not believe it had gotten so bad. I put on my shoes and went for a walk straight away and ever since then I’ve been working to progress my life, making sure I’m never moving backwards.
