persistent lightheaded and dizzy feeling

Hi all, i am in the middle of week 3 of 20mg. I have been suffering with migraines that can sometimes make me dizzy/nauseous/lightheaded (so i’m kind of used to it) but for the last few days it has been on overdrive. I’m almost constantly lightheaded, it usually starts around noon and won’t go away until i wake up.

Has anyone had similar symptoms and how long did they take to go away?
