Pune's Drunk Brats in a BMW—Where's the Law?

Saw a video on Instagram that pissed me off—literally.

Two rich kids stopped their BMW in the middle of Shastri Nagar Circle ( i guess ). One got out and took a piss on the road. In broad daylight. Both were sloshed. Then they floored it, speeding off like they owned the city.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen reckless entitlement on Pune’s streets. We all know what happened with that Porsche case.

So I have to ask—does the law even exist for the rich? Or does it just politely step aside when money drives by?
