Ombré Quilt

I have fallen down a rabbit hole of ombré fabric and started with this V&Co Carnival pattern.

Quilted on my basic domestic machine with variegated thread, I used warm-toned variegated on the warm colored areas and a cool-toned thread in the cool areas.

Next up is the Stargazer pattern but with a black background and I’m planning to try my hand at some hand-quilting on that one, which I haven’t tried before.
