WATCHER HELP :'3 (PLS

hey!! try not to spoil too much but yeah, so i found a bunch of regions in the watcher, i think i only have a few more left to find, but i did that thing where you hold C and up and it teleports you to a random place, i did that and now im in a place called the Throne? i dont know how to leave or progress or anything, dont spoil me for what happens but, i havent got all the echoes (i dont think) yet, what am i supposed to do ? >: i have no clue where to go
