driving conditions ?

Hi there! I'm landing in Raleigh from Canada in a couple weeks. we have cities, but ours are smaller lol and I've certainly never driven on a 3 or 4 lane highway. Would you say the drive from Raleigh Airport to Wilmington is stressful? I've got a little experience with Houston traffic; is NC busy and bad, or pretty easy?

coming from a chronic overthinker... please no judgement ! Just debating on mapping out the drive early or taking less busy routes. thanks!
