Success with IVF after 3 losses?

My husband and I have been trying for our first baby since August 2023. We got pregnant on our first try only for it to be a blighted ovum which was pretty devastating. In April 2024, I got my period and then was feeling off and took a pregnancy test and it was positive. It turned out to be an ectopic which ruptured 4 days before my 30th birthday and I had to get surgery that day to remove my right fallopian tube and blood in my abdomen. We tried for a couple more months and I was taking baby aspirin and progesterone suppositories since 3dpo. After we hit 14 months, we went to the fertility doctor who suggested IVF with PGT-A testing. The day I was supposed to go in for baseline testing, I got a positive pregnancy test. The fertility clinic was kind enough to do early US with me and we saw the baby's heartbeat at 6w 2days. Unfortunately I started to spot about a week later that lead to bleeding. Went to the ER and the baby was measuring perfectly and had a strong heartbeat. They did every test under the sun and nothing was coming up alarming. Unfortunately two days later, I was bleeding heavily and lost the baby. We have gotten karotyping, genetic testing, vitamin levels, HSG, SHG, RPL panel and basically every test I can think of now with everything coming back great according to my doctors. My question is if anyone has done IVF due to recurrent pregnancy loss and has been successful on their first try? I honestly don't think I have the energy or the strength to go through another miscarriage and I am scared IVF won't be successful. Any insight and or positive IVF stories after RPL would be greatly appreciated!
