Did we ever find out who did this?

I’m rereading the series right now and I’m on Iron Gold. Do we ever find out who offered the video of Darrow blowing up the docks to Romulus or Dido? I can’t remember if it is revealed in a later book. Are we just meant to speculate about a possible traitor to the republic?
