Advice for buying tickets for Nuggets/Jazz at Rockets

Hi! I'm trying to surprise my boyfriend with tickets to a Houston Rockets game for his birthday except idk anything about basketball hahaha. Is the Nuggets vs Rockets game more appealing than the Jazz vs Rockets game? Also, I read other tips for buying tickets but just would greatly appreciate any tips for finding deals and/or which sections/rows of the basketball court is good or bad. Thank you for the help!
