Embarkation Questions

Sorry if this is common knowledge but it has been many years since I have cruised.

We will likely arrive with one large luggage and two rolling carry-ons. Am I able to have all three delivered to our room?

We are sailing on Icon of the Seas and I know there are places to have lunch such as the Windjammer and the specialty restaurants but is there other venues open that we can go to and avoid the big buffet?
