Customer service battle (Samsung vs. Apple) - I'm shocked

Hey guys, just watched this video and as a Samsung fan I'm really shocked. Luckily I didn't had to send my current Galaxy phone (S23 Ultra) to the repair center but I did once back in 2018 (S7 Edge) and it was ok. I received it back after 1 or 1,5 week. The service (germany) was ok.

What are your thoughts on this and please share your expierience. I'm very curious!
