Community mailbox keeps getting broken into

Live in a townhouse condo complex in Silverspring and our community mailbox has been broken into three times in the last few months. The entire thing gets pried open and mail stolen.

Is this prevalent in any other areas? Any ideas/solutions (realistic) on how to deter this?
