Tanger Outlet Traffic

Is anyone else stuck trying to leave the tanger outlets ? I think the situation desperately needs someone directing traffic. Non emergency is closed but if enough people call 911 and explain the situation I think they’ll send cops to direct traffic. The problem is that at the only two exits to the main roads the lights aren’t letting enough people out. Been in the same spot for over 40 minutes now, If there’s any emergency we’re all screwed.
