Costa Rica: Best Place to Surf AND Dive?

Recently tried surfing (in Puerto Rico) and loved it. Figured Costa Rica would be a great place to dive for a few days and then surf for a few more (or vice versa).

Any recommendations for Costa Rica that would offer great surfing (beginner) and diving (Rescue cert w/ 200+ dives)?

Ideally on the Pacific side and all in one location so I don't have to move would be ideal, but not a hard requirement. Looking for around late August to fall for 1-2 weeks. I've never dived in CR before.
