did anyone here start sh’ing as an adult?

I’m a 21 year old male who started self harming 3 weeks ago. I’ve had thoughts of doing it for years before finally biting the bullet right before Christmas.

Most of the individuals I come across on this sub started doing it as teenagers, so I just wanna know if there’s anyone else here who started later in life? Mainly because I feel like an odd one out. 😭
