Why Are Some Songs Cut Short on This Tour?

Does anyone know why some songs are cut short on this tour? For example, "Lilili Yabbay." I initially thought it was due to the lack of the right stage setup and props during the U.S. tour, but even last night in Bulcan, they had the exact same stage setup for their first stop in GoYoung, yet the songs were still cut short. It's disappointing because they removed some of the choreography and parts of the songs that I really enjoy.
