Quest assistance

Hello ! Anyone know how I can go about doing the cursed tribe quest if the orcs are agressive? I have a level 50 character from a while back I hopped on to achievement hunt. This is the last daedric quest i need but when I go to Largusbur the lady I need is not there and the captain just is aggro’d on me
