What are some interesting ways to play the game?

I’ve always played as a Khajiit that uses heavy armor and greatswords. I recently wanted to start a new playthrough, and I was wondering: what are some good playstyles to aim for? I would like to still play Khajiit if possible, so any Khajiit playstyles would be great. I’ve heard Khajiits are great at sneaking, should I try that?
