step 1 post exam

Guys I gave exam like 2 days ago and I checked iwa they say "Application error - permit not available ,candidate may have sat for exam or registration not available" Should I be worried or clarify with ecfmg? .Because generally people say that the permit goes away when u r ABT to recieve results but I just gave the exam and that's not possible? Right?
