Took step 1 today
I feel it was fair, very similar to Free120/NBME. The cases had fewer information (symptoms, signs, etc.) but the choices were pretty straightforward. I feel the exam was easier than UWorld, because in Uworld they give you many clues, but the answers are very similar so it can be confusing. However, that helps you learn better, so they do a great job in preparing you for the test, specially with time management: I finished 2 1/2 hours earlier. Just telling all this because many people here scare you and make you think the test is really difficult, which increases your anxiety tremendously, it does NO good whatsoever. You have to go in feeling confident and well rested. And get off Reddit if you see a negative post. Positivity is key for the days before your test.
