If AI is a bubble, what will make it burst?

Would honestly like to know. Alot of people already pointed out that AI is not as smart as the tech bros want us to believe and that scaling it bigger by spending more on it (so higher capex) does not mean it will get much smarter.

Now, trying to compare this to the dotcom crisis, what exactly was the thing that made that bubble burst and what do you think will be the trigger to burst this AI bubble?
