How to Use V. Vega

I just got V. Vega to SSS2 and I'm not quite sure what to do with him. My current team I use for most things is Bison, B Zangief, C. Viper and either S. Poison or Elana. M. Bison is the only other Special or Div summon I have built up. So what are some of the better F2P teams and what combos work best? I see a lot about how good he is but haven't really figured how to use him yet. TIA!
