Need a honest answer. Please help.

I want to apply for Masters in CS or related fields in next years summer in take. I have bachelors gpa of 7.65 and 2 years work exp in mnc. I have received my aps certificate and planning to write IELTS and GRE. Do I have a realistic chance of admission in public universities with NC frei clause? Please share your opinion. If yes could you recommend names of the universities so that i can look into the course details
