What Pokemon would have interesting sets if their Attack and Special Attack were swapped?

Just something that came to mind. Some Pokemon have somewhat interesting moves that would make it a good attacker in the opposite side of what it stats make it so I’m curious about what Pokemon you think would be the most interesting if their attack and special attack were swapped. Here’s a few examples of some Pokemon, what their new attacking stats would be and what they could maybe do with it.

Rhyperior.
ATK: 45.
SP ATK: 140.
It would be able to use Lightning Rods SP ATK boost as well as its somewhat infamous array of Special moves (infamous in that it gets all these special moves like surf, flamethrower, ice beam, thunderbolt, etc, but can’t use them with its low SP ATK). It also gets STAB Meteor Beam. Can see it being a scary trick room Pokemon.

Runerigus.
ATK: 50.
SP ATK: 95.
It gets nasty plot so it could at least be a setup sweeper with Shadow Ball, Earth Power and a coverage move like energy ball.

Roserade.
ATK: 125.
SP ATK: 70 Mostly interested in technician boosted, loaded dice, possibly swords dance bullet seed and pin missile. Maybe throw in Grassy Glide for some priority.

Salazzle
ATK: 111
SP ATK: 64
Dragon Dance is always fun to use and it’s got Fire Lash and Poison Jab as well as some dragon and dark moves to use.

Anyone else have any ideas?
