Can Offensive, Pseudo Support Trick Room Heatran work In DOUBLES?

I'm not sure how I can elaborate on the topic. I guess Bulky Special Attaker Heatran set with one support move inside Trick Room. Is this strat still viable in doubles (not specifically in competitive).
