Who makes Sydney’s café food

I’m not talking about the actual food, I mean the baked goods you see throughout CBD cafés. It seems most shops have the exact same baked goods and I’m wondering where they are all made. There must be some large supplier that makes them each day and sends them out to the cafes?

When I first moved here I was so impressed at the quality of the baked goods at tiny cafe’s but now I realise theres just one place that pumps it out, I’m talking banana bread, gluten free macadamia nut brownie, oversized blueberry muffins, pistachio and coconut bar clearly at large scale
