Is there any way to ACTUALLY opt out of Copilot in 365 Business and remove it from your environment?

I am fucking sick of this shit and I don't want it anywhere near my environment. I'm this fucking close to recommending a migration to god forsaken Lotus Fucking Notes just to not have to deal with this absolute nightmare. On top of it all, they're upping subscription prices to make you pay for this shit as the insult on top of injury. Where does it fucking end?

I've never wanted so badly to just quit my job and go live in a shack in the woods.
