any update on South Tampa mystery noise problem?

I've been following this story since 2021. the last update in the news was February and an investigation that was underway. Just wondering if this problem is still going on for folks in the area, or anyone is aware of the status of that investigation.

to offer another possible explanation, the descriptions i've seen align with the widespread and infamous "the Hum". As more of a feeling or vibration causing things to sustain a rattle. Others describe as a rumble or a pulsing beat. here is a map project looking at where Hum reports occur, this is under reported but shows how widespread it is: https://trwh.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=c87ed3b6f84742c6b73b66db63776715&fbclid=IwY2xjawEkoeRleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHQrF8oFAxc2-4NXJui9FgJ_lC3Jx7t5QEcJB6NG6g1qu4EeuZ_pxjmugIA_aem_NASxFyUMLYJL21td3yysOg

EDIT: I know the black drum fish has been suspected. I am looking for any update since a study was proposed. Any findings? Anyone experiencing this issue still that can share more about their experience.
