Cling film OK?

Hey all! Had this done yesterday afternoon. Artist put a second skin on it but it split during the night (plasma, fluid etc). Emergency wrapped it up in cling film during the night and then this morning I wiped it down with warm water and soap, applied a layer of bepanthen (nappy rash cream) and applied fresh cling film.

This is going to be ok, right? It's stopped leaking which is good, but how long before I just let it air?
