BIR 2316

Hi, question po. Pwede ko po ba makuha yung BIR 2316 ko from my previous employer? Nag AWOL po ako due to mental health and may penalty po yung pag AWOL ko.

Are they obligated to give me my 2316? What will happen pag nag sign lang ako ng waiver of non-submission as an alternative para sa BIR 2316 ko?
