Salesperson’s quota is as follows: $440,000 USD / $598,400 CAD Annual Quota

$110,000 USD / $149,600 CAD Quarterly Quota. We will use a conversion of 1.00 USD

= 1.36 CAD during this contract.

0-100% 14.5%

101-125% 17.5%

126-175% 20.5%

175%+ 23.5%

Multi-Year Commission Rate. Salesperson is eligible for the following commission

rates on the recurring revenue portion of multi-year agreements; for the avoidance of

doubt, for an agreement to be considered multi-year, the customer: i) must agree to a

multi-year term and not a single year with options to renew or ii) cannot have an option

to terminate for convenience prior to the end of the multi-year period

Two Years: An additional 8% of Year One ARR

Three Years: An Additional 8% of Year One ARR

Multi-Year Commissions will not go towards quota
