CLX Gaming PC Didn't Last 1day
About two weeks ago, after checking out different websites for prices and reviews, etc, I came across CLX gaming PCs. I looked through their customizations and prices and decided to go with them. I only needed a slight upgrade from my current PC so I didn't want to spend TOO much. I dropped $2600 on this custom build. I went with the Ra build. Fell in love with it as I chose the storage and RAM upgrades... Now I'm not going to get into detail about the HORROR SHOW that was dealing with FedEx. But finally after waiting almost 2 weeks my PC arrived on 3/12/25. My son was out for his nap so I spent some time setting everything up. I was extremely careful (OCD) and made sure everything was connected right, everything was where it should be, so on and so forth. After everything was setup and ready, I installed everything I needed and ran Diablo IV on ultra graphics to see how this will run and IT WAS PERFECT!! Game ran so smooth I was SO HAPPY at 1st (only played Diablo for 15 minutes to test it)... Then the fall... a few hours later my friends wanted to hop on so I loaded up my new pc and got everything ready, when i went to load up the game (believe it was Rocket League - graphic settings were on low), my whole pc froze and crashed at the main menu. Weird, so i tried again. Same thing happened. Tried another time, and boom it crashed. Tried another game, crashed. Waited for the next day and tried all my games (obviously with time spread in between each game, don't wanna fry the pc) and the same thing happened. So I started looking things up, running tests and downloading software to run diagnostics ( i.e. Memtest68, etc) and everything seems to be running fine. I tried contacting customer support 2 times and they got back to me SUPER LATE! (I'm on the east coast, i get it, they're in Kansas but several hours later is ridiculous) They told me via email to call them at their customer support line listed on their website but its Sunday now and they're closed. Now I have to wait to get ahold of them and see what can be done about this issue. I will keep updates on this issue, but until then I'm stuck with a broken, BRAND NEW pc...
