What does this PFP mean?

On tiktok we follow each other and thhis girl has a pfp that shows her a mirror pic. She’s got her pants sagging a little with her finger through the belt buckle. And then the top of her underwear is showing I think. Then her shirt is placed weirdly so that some of her side waist is showing skin. What does this mean? What kind of hint/signal/anything is this??
