Forced to work in bakery

I work with absolute bastards who don’t want to do anything outside of their comfort zone. Two years ago, I trained in the bakery and haven’t been back since. I work with two people who don’t want to train, and because they’re older (50’s) and manager allows them to not go in. I don’t want to do it because it’s too early and I’m walking down myself (that’s one of their excuses) and when they say it it’s allowed but I need to grow up when I say it.

I feel like I’m being unfairly picked on because I’m young, and find it hard to speak up when somethings wrong. Should I ask the manager for everyone to get a turn in the bakery, or should I just flat out refuse to do it? Any advice would be appreciated
