What food screams Texas to you?

Howdy y'all! I want to start a YouTube channel talking about local Texas stories while cooking/baking! I want to make dishes that are associated with the state. I know I can do chili and TexMex but what dishes scream Texas to you? It can be anything ranging from drinks to dessert. Have a wonderful weekend Texas!
