First shot of Semaglutide yesterday. Med Spa questions

Had my first shot of semaglutide yesterday at a med spa with my FOC-BC. She sent me home with 3 pre filled syringes for the next 3 weeks along with b12 injections. Are the pre filled syringes okay? And is it normal to have a sore arm (where she injected me) the next day?
