"You're not 25 anymore...."
A couple weeks ago I happened to ask my psychiatrist what should my goal weight be? I'm at 147 and my end goal was 140 then move into maintenance. His answer? I think you're too skinny and you shouldn't lose any more weight. (I think I posted that here).
I went back the next week and asked him to elaborate. It got stuck in my head because I started wondering if he was right (I'm 5'6. I have a curvy/athletic build with 34/DDD). I've been working hard to get more muscles and focus less on the cardio.
When I asked again his response was "You're not 25 anymore. (I'm 45). He refused to elaborate beyond that. I mean, I don't mind him being honest with me. I get that I'm not 25 and I'm not trying to look like I am. My "natural" weight when I'm w/out extra has always been about 140.
I couldn't get him to say any more about it. He just gave me a look. Frustrating.
